Please be informed that in accordance with the decisions of the Conference Policy Council, and with the aim of optimizing the review timeframe and facilitating the scientific evaluation process, the Scientific Secretariat will only review submissions that are complete.

Therefore, the submission of an abstract alone is not acceptable. The abstract and the full paper must be submitted simultaneously through the official system. Only complete papers will undergo initial screening and, upon passing, will be forwarded to the Scientific Review Committee for the peer-review process.

Kindly refrain from submitting an abstract without its corresponding full paper. Please ensure your complete manuscript, along with its abstract, is submitted in the conference-approved format.
