Essential Notes for Paper Submission


Dear researchers, to enhance the quality of the conference, please observe the following guidelines:

  1. Accurate completion of the registration form: Avoid duplicate registration; in case of activation issues, contact the secretariat.

  2. Correct selection of the paper's scientific field: Submit the paper strictly under one of the conference's key thematic areas.

  3. Strict adherence to the paper format: Use the template file available on the website and do not remove the abstract from the paper.

  4. Replacement of edited versions: If revisions are needed, replace the previous file only; do not submit a new paper.

  5. Inclusion of institutional affiliation: Ensure that the academic or organizational affiliation is listed after the authors' names.

  6. Accurate entry of authors' details and paper title in the system: Certificates will be issued based on the information provided.

  7. Online payment of registration fees: Only through Shetab-enabled cards and the official conference portal.
